Vidaripay E-Vendor Payment – Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Vidaripay. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Vidaripay E-Vendor Payment service as a registered vendor, agent, or business partner.

By registering for and using our platform, you agree to comply with these Terms, along with any applicable local regulations and laws.

Eligibility

To use Vidaripay E-Vendor services, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old (or legal age in your country)
• Provide accurate and verifiable identity and business information
• Operate from a supported African country (e.g., Rwanda, Nigeria, Ghana, Kenya)

Registration & Verification

• You agree to provide true and complete KYC documents including a valid ID, proof of address, and business license (where applicable).
• You must submit a selfie with your ID for security verification.
• Vidaripay reserves the right to request additional documentation or reject applications at its discretion.

Use of Services

• You may only use Vidaripay for legal business activities.
• You must not engage in or facilitate fraud, gambling, cryptocurrency transactions, money laundering, or other restricted practices.
• Misuse of the platform may result in immediate account suspension or termination.

Currency Conversion & Payments

• Incoming payments from customers may be converted to your local currency using Vidaripay's current exchange rates.
• Conversion fees or service charges may apply and will be transparently communicated.
• Payouts are made through approved methods such as Mobile Money, bank transfers, or cash agents, based on your region.

Account Security

• You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential.
• Notify Vidaripay immediately if you suspect unauthorized access or unusual account activity.
• Vidaripay is not liable for losses resulting from compromised credentials unless due to negligence on our part.

Fees & Charges

• Vidaripay may charge transaction, conversion, or withdrawal fees as listed on your dashboard.
• Fees are subject to change with prior notice via the platform or your registered contact email.

Suspension & Termination

Vidaripay may suspend, limit, or terminate your account if you:

• Provide false information
• Violate platform rules
• Engage in suspicious or illegal activity

In such cases, funds may be withheld pending investigation and/or legal compliance.

Data Protection & Privacy

• We collect and store your data in compliance with local data protection laws (e.g., NDPR, RURA, GDPR).
• Your personal and business information will never be sold or shared without consent, except for legal or regulatory purposes.

Regulatory Compliance

By using Vidaripay, you agree to comply with:

• RURA & BNR regulations (Rwanda)
• NDPR (Nigeria)
• Other local or regional financial laws

Vidaripay works with licensed partners and may share information with regulators if required.

Limitation of Liability

Vidaripay is not responsible for:

• Delays caused by third-party networks or banks
• Foreign exchange rate fluctuations
• Losses resulting from your own negligence or misuse

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. You will be notified through the platform or your registered email address. Continued use of the service implies acceptance of any changes.
