Welcome to Vidaripay! We’re excited to have you on board. These Terms of Service explain the rights and responsibilities you have while using our services. By using Vidaripay, you agree to follow these terms. Please take a moment to read them carefully.

About Vidaripay

Vidaripay is part of Vidari Company Ltd, Vidari Group LLC, Vidari Company SARL, and other global entities. We provide a secure and reliable platform for financial transactions across several countries. By using Vidaripay, you are agreeing to these Terms of Service.

Eligibility

  • You must be at least 18 years old to use Vidaripay
  • By signing up, you confirm that all information you provide is accurate and complete.
  • If false or misleading information is provided, we may suspend or close your account to protect the platform and other users.

Protecting Your Account A Shared Responsibility

  • You are responsible for safeguarding your account details, including your username, password, and any additional security features.
  • Vidaripay uses Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), but you must keep your login details confidential.
  • If unauthorized access occurs due to weak security on your part (e.g., sharing credentials), you may be held responsible for resulting losses.

Services and Transactions

Vidaripay allows payments, transfers, and other financial transactions across multiple African countries (including Rwanda and Nigeria). All transactions must comply with the laws of the relevant countries. We may refuse, delay, or cancel any transaction that appears fraudulent or unlawful.

Features may be updated, improved, or discontinued as our platform evolves

Currency Exchange

With Vidaripay, you can easily change money between the currencies we support (for example, from Naira to Rwandan Franc).

  • Exchange Rates: We always show you the rate before you confirm. Rates can change quickly, but the rate you see at the time of confirmation is the one that applies.

Fees and Charges

Fees are always displayed clearly before you confirm a transaction. If fees change, we’ll notify you in advance. You are responsible for any taxes or charges related to your jurisdiction.

Do's and Don'ts

By using Vidaripay, you agree to the following:

Do's:

  • Follow all relevant laws.
  • Protect your account details.
  • Report suspicious activity immediately.

Don'ts:

  • Engage in fraud, scams, or money laundering.
  • Share your login details with anyone (including support staff).
  • Attempt to bypass or tamper with security systems.

Breaking these rules could result in account suspension or permanent closure.

Privacy and Data Protection

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Your personal information is used only to process payments and meet legal requirements. We never sell your data to third parties. Vidaripay complies with local and international data protection laws.

Fraud Prevention

We use 24/7 monitoring and fraud detection systems. If suspicious activity is detected, we will take immediate steps to protect your account and funds. Report any unusual activity to Vidaripay support as soon as possible.

Account Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or close your account if it is linked to:

  • Fraudulent, illegal, or suspicious activity.
  • Violation of these Terms of Service.

If suspended or terminated:
  • You will lose access to all services, including withdrawals.
  • We may hold funds while investigating.
  • Depending on the violation, funds may be withheld or forfeited, and activity may be reported to authorities.
